      MarkusionTM is a rigorous and practical methodology for decision-making based on the fusion of functional areas and disciplines. The corporate world is typically structured in function-based silos. The result is that the CEO and senior management are left with the task of integrating all functions within the organization and focusing on the ‘big picture’ of shareholder value. The academic world also tends to be structured in discipline-based silos such as marketing, finance, human resources, and supply chain management. The result is that standard business models provide limited guidance to managers in solving the real-world problems they face, such as the problems posed by potentially inaccurate and incomplete information.
